Joanna is a Balanced Body certified Pilates instructor. She is also a prenatal/ postnatal, as well as Diastisis Recti Recovery specialist. Jo herself has been a practitioner for almost two decades, and has been an active sportsperson since young, swimming and running competitively. Jo's passion is to help her clients achieve their fitness goals efficiently and safely. She believes in continuously empowering her clients with knowledge of the body, how it works, and how to best train it - in a functional way.
With work and family commitments, we often find it difficult to carve out time for our health and well-being. For that reason, Jo will travel to you to help fit physical activity into your weekly schedule. Whether it is a one-to-one private session or a corporate group workout, Jo will create an enjoyable and rewarding workout plan for you.
